Yes a good news has come in the beginning of 2016 when the Judge of the penal suit rendered his decision and officially declared that the employees of the electric company having caused the fire by mistake, are definitely GUILTY...

So what is the next step ?

Unfortunately, they wont stay here and call the High Court ...

As a consequence we have to wait for at least one more year for another decision to be taken...

NO EVOLUTION SINCE ONE YEAR IN LAW SUIT

WHY ?

BECAUSE THE OTHER LAW SUIT, a penal one, opened by the government towards incendiaries, does not move at all. For some obscure reason the witnesses wont show, thus nothing happens...

is it legal or not ? dont know ...

Hopefull this year in 2015 something WILL happen !!!

11 DECEMBER 2013 EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF THE FARM

This is my birthday !!

NOVEMBER THIRD HEARING

Paperwork to be part of the other suit is still in progress

and this other suit of course is not yet finished

the Judge asks me a lot of questions about what burnt in the farm

Next meeting will be precisely in the farm, on the 11 december, for the expert assessment of the farm

Next hearing is scheduled on 21 january 2014

21 SEPTEMBRE SECOND HEARING

The government also brought a suit towards the workers who being not careful caused the forest to burn while they were doing welding

so no the Judge wants us to be part of this suit too

and adds that in all case our suit will not find any issue as long as the other suit is not finished

so paperwork starts to be part of the other suit (as well as fees...)

Next hearing will be in November
